Who we are

This site is operated by Yuvalim Re-Sale, the service arm of the Yuvalim Group for selling and renting homes in projects the group has built or is building.

Using the site means you accept these terms.

The information here

Project details, photographs, renderings and figures are general information only and are not an offer or a commitment.

Images marked as renderings show a design, not an existing building, and what is built may differ.

Prices, availability and deal terms are set solely in a signed agreement between the parties.

Brokerage

Brokerage is carried out by agents licensed under the Israeli Real Estate Brokers Law, 1996.

Entitlement to a brokerage fee requires a written order signed by the client before the activity begins, as the law requires. Rates are published on the service page.

Yuvalim both sells first-hand homes in its projects and brokers resale transactions in them, and at times represents both sides of a deal. Full disclosure is included in the brokerage agreements.

Enquiries and forms

Leaving your details creates no obligation on either side. A company representative will handle the enquiry.

Do not enter another person's details without their consent.

Intellectual property

Content, images, trademarks and design on this site belong to the Yuvalim Group or to those who licensed them to it. Do not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The binding version is the one published here at the time of use.

Israeli law applies, and the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
