What we collect

What you give us: name, phone, email, where you live, property preferences (type, area, mix, price range, timing) and anything you write in a free-text field.

Technical data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and how you reached the site. Analytics data is collected only if you accepted analytics cookies.

What it is used for

To get back to you, to match you with listings, and to run the transaction with an agent.

With your explicit consent — also for updates about properties, opportunities and pre-sales, and for Investors Club membership. The two consents are separate, each stored with a date and a source, and each can be withdrawn on its own.

Storage and security

Data is held on secured servers in the European Union, with least-privilege access by role and an audit log of every change.

National ID numbers, where a transaction requires them, are stored encrypted.

Third parties

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers involved in operating the site (hosting, messaging, digital signature) receive only what the service requires.

When a deal closes, the contact details of the law firm accompanying the project are given to the parties. Yuvalim is not a party to the legal process and does not handle its documents.

Your rights

You may see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe at any time — from the link in any message or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing does not delete records we must keep for a transaction already carried out.

Call recording

Calls with our representatives may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping.
